John concentrates his practice on patents and trademarks in the chemical and materials science fields.

John joined Servilla Whitney in 2020 after serving as a Law Clerk to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.

Prior to his legal career, John worked professionally for five years as a field engineer for microscopy and materials analysis equipment at Horiba Instruments, Inc. During that time, he traveled extensively throughout North America, Central America, and the Caribbean installing, repairing, and training users at Universities, law enforcement support laboratories, and private industry clients. During law school, John interned for the District Court, as well as the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law in their Government and Healthcare Fraud section. John also worked in the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic.

Outside of work, John enjoys sports, travel, and learning about space exploration.
