Lisa’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. She has experience in a wide range of technologies including materials science and chemistry, medical devices, drug delivery systems and methods, small molecule pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, purification and separation technologies, semiconductors, and mechanical innovations. In addition, Lisa provides client counseling, strategic IP planning, and has experience preparing infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate opinions.

Prior to joining Servilla Whitney, Lisa practiced for over twenty years at Boston and New Hampshire law firms, where she gained extensive experience working with national and international companies, sole inventors, and leading academic and government research institutions.

Lisa is a member of the Massachusetts bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, watching football, and spending time with her family.
