Stephen’s practice includes domestic and international patent preparation, prosecution, counseling and clearance studies in the areas of chemistry, semiconductor devices and manufacturing, medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging.In addition, Stephen handles design patents, trademark searches and clearance and preparation and prosecution of trademark applications.

Stephen focused his studies on intellectual property in Hofstra’s Intellectual Property Law Honors concentration, taking courses in patent law, copyright and trademark law, antitrust, sports law, and an intellectual property law survey course.  Stephen also served as the President of Hofstra’s Intellectual Property Law Association.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf and watching baseball and basketball.
