Scott Servilla, Sunil Raval and Matthew Hintz recently participated at Pro Bono Partnership’s SMORGASBONOSM program on May 27, 2014 with other local in-house counsel and outside attorneys at BASF Corporation’s headquarters in Florham Park. Our attorneys met with fifteen area nonprofits to discuss and advise on their legal issues in the fields of intellectual property, corporate governance, and internet and website issues.
